This wine got its name from the last grives, the thrushes that didn´t migrate to the south at that time of picking and which love those full ripe grapes.

Exactly out of this grapes a rich, powerful but also very fresh wine with subtle elegance and well balanced acidity is getting produced. The fruitiness and the typical aromas for this grape variety, like white truffle, honey and ripe peach change over to nice vanilla notes. In the mouth it appears sweetish, pleasurable with sustainable, caressing fruit. The impression of balance and fullness arises. A big wine of almost liqueury consistence.
